Simon Storage has commissioned two gas storage tanks at its Seal Sands terminal to fulfil a contract with BOC. Each of the tanks has a capacity of 317 tonnes and is provided with dedicated piping systems for road vehicle loading and offloading, recirculation and product sampling. “We are delighted to be able to offer our expertise in gas storage to BOC, and to extend our long standing relationship with BOC at our Immingham Terminals to this bespoke facility at Seal Sands,” says Martyn Lyons, Simon’s managing director.
