Girard’s latest bottom outlet valve for tank containers, TANkflo, has been certified by Bureau Veritas according to the EN 14433:2006 standard for tank equipment. It has been undergoing field trials since 2008 in the US and Europe with no reported problems. The device is, says Girard, “virtually indestructible” and comes with a lifetime guarantee.
