Safety

Intertanko has made its Terminal Vetting Database (TVD) more widely available to non-members. Access remains free of charge but requires compliance with the terms and conditions of use. The TVD was set up in 2004 to help its members share knowledge about conditions at oil terminals around the world. Access is now available to tanker operators, terminal operators, port state control authorities and others with a legitimate interest in improving safety, but who are not members or associate members of Intertanko.
