‘Hazardous chemicals alight in factory fire’ screamed the headline – just the sort of press report that gets the juices flowing here at HCB Towers. On closer reading, though, this report from Australia was not what it seemed. The fire started at the Fremantle Steam Laundry in the Perth suburb of Hamilton Hill, causing “multi-millions” of dollars damage.
