Schneider honoured by TCA

US road tanker operator and logistics provider Schneider National has been recognised as one of the top 20 workplaces for company drivers and owner-operators in North America by the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). This is the second year in a row that Schneider earned a spot on TCA’s ‘Best Fleets to Drive For’ list. To be eligible for this distinction, fleets had to be nominated by at least one of their drivers. CarriersEdge, an independent organisation, surveyed the nominated fleets, compiled research data and evaluated each carrier on the range, depth and overall effectiveness of its driver programmes. “There are thousands of trucking companies in the United States and Canada, and 20,000 of those compete regularly with Schneider National,” says Schneider. “To be recognised as a top 20 within these ranks is something we are truly proud of.”
