Perolo launches foot-valve

Tank container and road tanker component manufacturer Perolo has introduced its Neatflow MKIII external spring foot-valve. The company says that the product features a wider opening port for increased flow performance. “Poppet stroke has been increased to 33 mm, allowing a faster discharge time,” says Perolo. “Moreover, the poppet guidance system has been further reinforced, thanks to a more ergonomically designed structure. This 3-inch, 45° foot-valve body made at our foundry has already been approved and certified by Bureau Veritas to EN14 433. Further options are available, such as different material of construction, custom drillings, a steam-heating system, and a congealing poppet. Also, there are versions available with pneumatic control and for high-temperature applications.”
