New UK road tanker testing facility

UK commercial vehicle maintenance provider Pullman Fleet Services, a subsidiary of logistics company Wincanton, has opened its latest authorised testing facility in the city of West Thurrock. The new nine-bay workshop includes dedicated petrochemical, ADR-compliant bays together with a government-approved UK Ministry of Transport (MOT) test lane. “As the UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle service and maintenance business, our objective is to keep fleets legal and safe, while always reducing vehicle downtime,” says Pullman. “With state-of-the-art workshop facilities and highly skilled technicians on site at Thurrock, we are able to provide a one-stop shop for operators. Pullman’s new service centre at Motherwell Way will support its existing facility in London Road, West Thurrock, which will continue to operate as normal.”
