Mauser's Turkish line opens soon

Mauser expects to start producing plastics packagings in Turkey next month. The company will initially manufacture 120-litre and 220-litre open top drums at its plant in Istanbul before adding 60-litre open top units sometime in the future. "The Turkish market is very important to Mauser," says Ali Özbudak, Mauser's managing director for Turkey and Russia. "With this investment, we will be able to deliver a wider range of industrial packaging solutions to our customers and meet the needs of the pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors. For Mauser, this opens up new opportunities in the region."
