ITOPF updates spill guide

ITOPF has published the second edition of its Response to Marine Oil Spills handbook. The pragmatic document provides a comprehensive review of the problems posed by marine oil spills and discusses the various response measures. It contains a large number of case studies, including a section on the Deepwater Horizon spill. The book, priced at £95, is available through Witherby Seamanship and other specialist booksellers.
