US metal intermediate bulk container (IBC) manufacturer Titan IBC has further increased its production capabilities in terms of grinding and polishing for food grade and chemical units. Primarily serving the needs of customers from the chemical manufacturing, paints, agrichemical, beverages and oils and petroleum sectors, the Nebraska-based company is currently experiencing impressive market growth of "up to 15 per cent" per annum. This is being fuelled in part by ongoing customer switching from drums to IBCs. While the company sees "global financial problems" as retarding the market's true potential, it nonetheless remains confident that the situation will improve, something from which the "industry as a whole will benefit".

Priding itself on its levels of quality and production flexibility, Titan describes itself as "a young company with a vast amount of IBC experience" as its key managers are able to draw on more than 150 years' combined experience of the industry. As such, this "rapidly growing" company, which offers "quick delivery, exceptional customer service and very competitive prices", has already "met the quality and service standards required by some of the top 100 US companies". Moreover, in addition to the manufacture of specialised containers, the company also offers unit repair services and maintains an e-commerce facility on its website by which customers can purchase parts and equipment online.
