Brenntag to buy Italian lube distributor

Brenntag has agreed to acquire Petrolube, the Italian speciality distributor of Infineum fuel and oil additives.The acquisition follows Brenntag's successful acquisition of Multisol Group, a specialist in the distribution of lubricant additives and base oils in Europe and Africa, in November of last year and further strengthens its strategic relationship with Infineum, the market leading manufacturer of specialty fuel and oil additives.
