January rolls round again with unerring accuracy - and seemingly more quickly as each year passes. It is a big month for everyone but not least those in the business of transporting dangerous goods. It’s January in an odd-numbered year, so we all know what that means – new regulations! All those changes that were agreed just over two years ago by the UN experts are now in force and we all have to update our systems and get with the programme.
