Broström and its Swedish shipowner partner Furetank Rederi AB have reached an agreement to extend their cooperation into the Handysize segment, with the sale of the 2005-built, 37,000 dwt product tanker Bro Erik from Broström to Furetank. The sale will generate a profit of around SKr 65m ($11m). Bro Erik will continue to be commercially operated by Broström and is scheduled for delivery in May.
